Pretreatments and storage:
Intestinals: The intestinals will undergo a first shredding treatment and l then will be sent to the THERMAL treatment as required by law
Blood: The blood will be transferred by pumping to the THERMAL treatment – expected
Heat treatment: The heat treatment phase, dimensioned for an operation of 6h / day x 5 days/week it will be conducted inside two steel tanks, having a volume of 4 cubic meters each
Storage: The mixture of blood and intestinal deriving from the pasteurization process, it will be stored inside a steel tank, complete with absolute filters to eliminate possible odor emissions, and then fed continuously to the loading tank
Slaughtering fleet: The slaughtering fleet deriving from processing operations and washing phases, it is physically separated before sending of discharges of the purification plant
Liquid Fats: The liquid fats will be directly sent, continuously, to the loading tank through a special feeding line
Odor emissions treatment: Specific room hosting the pre-treatment phases will be equipped with an odor treatment line, created through the installation of an adequate suction system and the use of service water in order to obtain the reduction of odor emissions
Primary and secondary digesters
Biogas treatment consisting of: Biological desulphurization with oxygen quality control inside the biogas and washing towers
Upgrading system for biogas purification
Biogas cogenerator for production of electric and thermal energy
Solid / liquid separation of the digestate by centrifugation
SBR treatment for the removal of nitrogen from the liquid fraction
